Gamepad/SteamDeck Rework (More Intuitive & Symmetry)

Switched buttons around to make a more ergonomic and intuitive layout. Now there's a second jump button (RB) for camera turning while jumping, lock on/casting controls mirror FPS games, and button symmetry when swimming (RB swim up, LB swim down).
