Skill hotbar on dpad only: double press up for 5, down for 6; LB changes dpad to item hotbar, again double-pressing up for F5, and down for Recall (G) since item hotbar is 5 slots only. Feel free to edit this to individual preferences, as the action layer swap could just as easily be on LT instead, for example!
