Trackpad joystick for an oddly-smooth stick

Having issues with an oddly smooth joystick? Still want some dpad movement for the 2D levels? Concerned that Kila somehow wants to learn what a steam controller is? Good. The Steam controller can lead to crashes with layers and is probably not good for Kila. Not concerned? Take this layout. The Left trackpad will act like the Left Stick when touched, but switches to a Dpad input when clicked for that darn perspective change! Now with extra beeps!
