Minetested for Steam Deck

Joystick controls with button mapping for every Minetest feature, including additional sneak and sprint toggles, spare buttons for autoforward/pitch move mapping in-game, and even the "Select 10" middle mouse key. Trackpads are used for extra buttons, especially privilege toggles. Inspired by console mappings for Minecraft. For QOL/preference flexibility, there are 3 ways to sneak/shift; 2 ways to sprint, and 2 ways to hotbar.
