Quern, Undying Thoughts - Play nice with Xbox controller

My attempt at having Quern play nice with a controller. Tries as much as possible to use the built in controller support, and uses different action sets for menu, inventory and free mouse mode. Mostly works for me, although it still sometimes gets stuck in main menu mode.
