Steamdeck Layout Support

Simple layout fix to support the Steamdeck in handheld mode. The button layout is the same as it would be for the console versions. The right trackpad is used to navigate the mouse pointer, and the right trigger is used to left click. Control scheme should be set to default in-game. Adjust aim sensitivity to your liking.
