Right analogue stick (R3) toggles camera view height

This profile is for those of us who prefer a higher camera angle without having to hold down right analogue stick ^. The profile works by rebinding R3 on the controller to Right analogue stick ^. Click R3 to toggle on/off. R3 = pressing down on the right analogue stick. All other binds are default.
