Keyboard and Mouse

I tried making it close to gamepad as possible. Since we have to put left and right click somewhere comfortable, I replaced L2 with right click and R2 with left click. I moved L2 (speedup) to LB (View Library) and R2 (Overview) to RB (View Graveyard). View Library was moved to L4 and View Graveyard to R5. Added functionality includes a scroll wheel on the right joystick, toggle speed up on select (as holding the bumper isn't as nice) (also because inspect ui')
