Controller + Optimal Gyro Support (Mapped to KB&M)

Mapped keyboard and mouse controls to mimic Type III Controller Scheme as best as possible to gamepad, with included gyro support. Caveats include B only pausing the game, and zooming in and out using the sniper scope being mapped to clicking in the right and left analog sticks respectively. Tested and working on Steam Deck (back buttons and trackpads are turned off by default in this configuration).
