Switch-Like Controls (Handheld -- No Gyro)

I tried to get as close to the controls for SS CPR. The only issue with the layout is that touching the right joystick toggles the arm rotation, meaning that you need to remove your thumb completely from the right joystick to move Nigel's arm around. Otherwise, it works really well if you don't want to use gyro.
