Gyro + Action Layers. Hold L1 or L2 like a shift key to make all other buttons do something else. When flying, hold UP like a shift key. Layout curated for consistency across land/sea/sky. D-pad right is always change weapon. Quick Menu is down, Build Menu is L1 + Down (like pressing shift to get the alt version of the same function).
