Gamepad/Controller with Keyboard keys

Use on the 5th players controller. (movements keys are a bit buggy but it works) Controller setup with default keyboard controls, so the game thinks you're using keyboard. Same buttons ingame but some changes in menu. D-Pad must be used to change character color, Start replaces B to go back in menu.
