Spikeout/Slashout (Flycast)

For playing Spikers Battle and Slashout on Flycast. Two-button combinations that are difficult to hit consistently on gamepad have been given macros for ease of use. Launcher will also function as Jump Kick if held instead of tapped (in Slashout, this will also work with Pursuit Attack). For controls to work correctly, bind Beat to A, Charge to X, Jump to Y, and Shift to RT.
