Normal (for fighting) and Crafting both have TURBO

WIthin 3s hold on second press for turbo (Only the 4 command buttons: A, B, X, Y / Square, Triangle, X, O). On Crafting Layout Left and Right Bumpers work as left and right D-Pad so it's easier to change between parts on crafting. On Normal D-Pad up and down are Map and target, respectively.
