Night vision can be toggled on and off via the Misc menu. Just swipe and click. Mission markers can be seen on the HUD option in misc menu as well. I have the sprint button set to toggled so can press once and not worry about holding down the joystick button. I have the lean left and right on the back buttons for easy use while in combat, and the alternative lean is for when your behind cover so you can't walk with that one. I set the use button kind of awkward to pick up and use items faster.
