Better Speedrunner Controls

Making better use of both hands, this layout spreads the controls across the shoulders and triggers. While Boost and Jump are the same, LT is now Slide, LB is now Grapple, RB is now Item, and X is taunt. A is still Jump and RT is still Boost.
