LF2 + Move Menus: CONCEPT 2

This is currently a work in progress, but demonstrates the ability to create more ergonomic and streamlined controls for LF2 on Steam Deck. Q is assumed to be defense while E is assumed to be attack for P1. Only P1 has been accounted for.
