World view feels weird at first, but just hold right trigger and use the right joystick or touchpad to rotate view (emulating a mouse holding right click). The rest is easy! Triggers are mouse clicks, most Steam Deck buttons bound to useful things. Bumpers: Prev/Next Unit. A/B/X/Y: Move/Attack/End Turn/Back. L5/R5: Shift/Ctrl Etc..
