Better Deck Layout

Temp layout that improves the feel of Dice Gambit on Deck - Y is End Turn, B is Fast Forward/Delay Turn, A is advance dialog, X is View Hex Grid, L4 is Special Ability, L5 is Attack, R4 is Shield, R5 is Movement. Recommend enabling auto roll dice, and keep cursor in the middle of the screen, using the left joystick to pan the view, and the right to move the cursor in the event of dice reroll
