Kid Icarus Uprising (Steam Deck)

In order for this to work, you must make the emulator show the screens with the bottom 3DS screen as small and on the bottom right and top 3DS screen as big on the left. (Bottom 3DS screen, SMALL, on the bottom right, and, Top 3DS screen, BIG, on the top) The touchpad basically emulates the stylus input, try it out to get a better idea. (If needed you can change wherever the mouse / stylus base position is by changing the horizontal and vertical position in the right / left trackpad settings.)
