You can play the full game with this layout in non action camera mode with no issues, If the mouse cursor is acting up, change your windows display resolution settings and or scale settings. I've written out what each button does to easily use and understand. You can change the keybinds in the steam settings to your preferred way or for simplicity, change your keybinds in game to this layout.
