NSO C Buttons mode

Holding down the R Trigger will make the ABXY buttons act like the C buttons, just like on Nintendo's N64 service on Switch. In sm64coopdx, this is assuming you have nothing bound to the R trigger in-game. In-game, use the keyboard (NOT keypad) to set C-up to 4, C-down to 1, C-left to 3, and C-right to 2
