Updated Classic: Midnight Club 2 (Modern Controls)

Based on Midnight Club: LA, use LT/RT to brake and gas. Weight Transfer works as toggle, you need to simply press B to lean on wheels and press again to stop it (same with air controls). Going back in menus works with B too, you need to hold the button a little.
