Set the In-Game Sens to 100 and turn off Mouse Smoothing, plus reset to default your Key Binds In-Game. Things to Know: You can hold the bumpers to push or pull an Item, You can chat with Down D-Pad to bring up the steam Keyboard and when your done press Right Trigger to enter (Make sure you are in Big picture Mode for this to work.), If you have [ or ] Binded on Discord to Mute/Deafen you Could Mute/Deafen In-Game. You can Customize gyro How ever you want (I Set it as Hold Right Trigger to Turn on gyro)
