Steam controller - No dodge delay,D-pad on right trackpad,L4 map

This layout removes the dodge buffering delay with the B button. Sprint is rebound to R4 or R5. Right trackpad acts as the D-pad (so you can use the D-pad and still move with the left thumbstick). Map is rebound is L4.
