Hotkey layout w/all hotkey+Mouse Support (Read Description) V1.0

PLEASE READ - Layout is focused on use of hotkeys over mouse input when on track. The Weather, Water, Rubber & Data Center buttons need to be rebound in "Race Controls" for this to work properly. Lastly there is a bug with this game where steam input doesnt hook into the game if you open the overlay, Hold the L5 button until you feel haptics to fix this issue, I sadly cant fix it, its a steam or game issue.
