modified official 1.3 better hotbar swapping

LT is now hold for hotbar 2 allowing easy casting between both hotbars. fixed functionality of rs click in ui (careful it will switch hotbars while assigning skills just press again) removed haptics from trigger pulls, lost stand still ability can assign to a stick but felt unneeded
