Onscreen keyboard and skip button

This layout gives easier access to the onscreen keyboard on Steam Deck by pressing X. The layout includes a skip button to skip dialogue when needed instead of bringing up the keyboard to click CTRL+Q. It also makes sure you can select with A and that the back button B does not conflict with other functionalities in the game.
