Modified odyXB Citadel layout

Modified layout that should actually work right out of the box. For me at least the original was completely unplayable. List of changes 1. Normal one task triggers 2. Menu control on the left trackpad 3. Deleted right trackpad grenade control for fine sniper fire 4. Added food use because the original lacked any 5. Deleted crouch on the left joystick so you can actually sprint without a toggle. 6. Changed a couple of labels so you know what the long presses actually do
