Left pad is a touch menu for 1-9 for abilities. Reload, Overwatch, Confirm and Cancel on the face buttons with shoot on Left Grip makes the touch menu only necessary for abilities. Bumpers for cycling units and Analog Stick for camera controls makes this a viable config.
