FredEffinChopin's Really Big Sky (Twinstick Adjustment)

Adjusts the Right Pad so that you can touch the direction in which you want to fire, rather than having to emulate the pull of a joystick. I also bound the drill, pause, and screenshot functions to additional buttons.
