Static Mesh Man's pretty alright bindings

Set up so you will always have complete control of your vehicle and the camera. Right trigger is dual mapped to accelerate/boost, right trackpad controls the camera and clicking it toggles ballcam. A and B are mapped normally so the menu button prompts still make sense.
