Mass Effect with Menu Capabilities

Using the menu is never going to be easy, but this at least works. Left grip accesses the other four hotkeys, right grip disables the gyro and lowers mouse sensitivity for menu use. You can click the right pad, I find it easier to use the right trigger still.
