Trackmania 2 (Gamepad/Mouse/PTT)

Mostly default gamepad with the right pad acting as a mouse, right hair trigger as left click and the right pad acting as a push to talk by only laying a finger on the pad, no click needed. You need to change the push to talk key to your liking.
