N64 Base Bindings v.3 (Mupen64Plus) by Wombat

Based on default core's bindings. RPad functions as C Buttons by using some tricked out mode shifts. Back button goes to Retroarch menu. I use this as my N64 base, then make private configs on a per game basis that take advantage of the Steam Controller.
