QTE-optimized controls

The ABXY buttons perform the function of the right stick, selecting directional commands and, importantly, the right half of quicktime events (I found it next-to-impossible to do them with the right pad). The right pad takes care of the rarely used button functions, but you can hold the left grip to use it for camera control.
