Use the right trackpad for broad strokes, and the motion controls for fine-tuning of your aim. The motion controls are always enabled, allowing you to use the "A" button to loot corpses just as quick as you could with a mouse. Uses the default XBox controls for the face and shoulder buttons(A, B, X, Y, LB, LT, RB, and RT), as well as the d-pad, so the button prompts should match what is on your controller.
