Labeled inputs, L-Trackpad for movement & sprinting (outer ring); L-Bumper for Stratagem Menu and modifies L-trackpad to D-Pad (so it's easier to call them); R-Grip shifts R-Trackpad to D-Pad (for the non-stratagem needs); Map shortcut on L-Grip; Dual-Stage R-Trigger for reload when Full-Pressed.
