[Banished] maderschramm standard config

Improved setup realizing full potential of touchpads. Left touchpad gives access to bottom menus, press to select, then press the right touchpad to bring up the submenu to access the other 1-9 hotkeys. All other keys and functions bound successfully. Enjoy!
