Left pad menu

Using touch menus and action sets, replicates the toolkit panel (sub)functions on the left pad. Left arrow to close panels, A is always Pause, BXY rotate/change structure when relevant or common tools from current panel. RG is camera shift: viewport rotation on right pad, saved camera locations on left pad. Bumpers as scroll/zoom. Camera rotation on right pad click (D-pad mode)
