Dearcargo's modified config (left pad touch menu)

Based on dearcargo's setup, this mimics the PS1 layout. Due to how the PC and PS1 versions differ, B and Y are swapped in certain sequences. Touch menu offers access to all five boosters as well as soft reset and exit game options.
