Mad Max Temp Solution (Mouse-like Joystick)

USE SLOWER RIGHT PAD SWIPES FOR THE BEST TURN SPEED - flicking will not work well Gamepad + Mouse is broken at the moment, so I made a mouse-like joystick solution that works by increasing the minimum movement output. About as good as it can be till the game is fixed
