Theodore's overambitious all-buttons mapping

A binding that attemps to to way too much. Activators are used to group features, there's a touch menu for dialogue and weapon selection, you can bring up a keyboard for hacking (even if the placement is extremely awkward) and the analog switches between walking and running.
