On Foot/Flight/Build Action Sets

Switchable action sets for on foot, flight, and building controls. All buttons labelled. Flight set has left joystick set up to steer ship via mouse emulation on stick. Works pretty well I've found. Right trackpad controls acceleration/strafe controls.
