Tie Fighter SE Ultimate No-Keyboard config

Thanks to the addition of touch menus and action sets, you shouldn't need a keyboard at all with this config. In my setup, the touch menu overlay does not work while having a menu open mid-mission, so the layout was designed around that anomaly.
