Infinifactory Complete Bindings w/ Touch Menu

Has convenient mappings for everything. Uses a Touch Menu to quickly switch between block types. Takes advantage of the fact that Redo/Undo and Pause/Fast Forward can map to the same buttons without conflicts. Input Rate controlled by double clicking bumpers. Enabled turbo for input rate +/-, undo, and redo. Block menu can be toggled.
