B does a downward heavy attack no matter which direction you are moving. Holding the grips while running does a tripple dodge. Radial menu for selecting emotes. Right touchpad for mouse to move the cursor out of the way. Holding X repeatedly attacks. Turning the controller sharply like a steering wheel also performs a dodge.
