Mass Effect 1

Everything is labeled, and mapped in a way that makes sense to me, as well as allows every action to be mapped on the controller. Turn up in-game mouse sensitivity to max. Tap R grip for granade, hold to run. Double tap L bumper for First Aid. XYAB for squad commands; hold to swap weapons. Select button to open up tactical HUD (note: press select if game seems to be glitching; button action is set to hold so game will think it is constantly being held unless it is tapped again). Hold L grip to modeshift R track pad to 1-8 quick bar menu; single tap for 1-4 & double tap for 5-8. Double tap L track pad to activate corresponding menu action. Hold R bumper for a while to toggle walking speed.
